The location is very good as it is near the train station. It is also near the city centre and convenient to go around the city from the hotel.

Nice room, good AC, great location, helpful staff, good price.
Room was very nice and well air conditioned (it was very hot outside!). The location is excellent, near train/bus station, all major museums, and good restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere of interest all week. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Luigi scheduled a 4am taxi to take us to the airport and that worked perfectly.
Only a small maintenance issue...the blackout curtains did not operate properly...should be repaired.

room was nice and in a fantastic location, right near the duomo!
the shower had really bad pressure and would only work intermittently
